A Classic and Fun In Home Newborn Session

I was lucky enough to photograph each one of these three sweet kids as a newborn. Honestly, every session was one that I could easily describe as the best. As babies, they each had their own unique look and a personality to match. There was this session from a couple of years ago – big sister with all that dark hair – and her brother’s curls!. And this – a relaxed, peaceful first baby newborn session of the most content and wide-eyed little guy. (Only first babies get peaceful sessions, by the way.) I’m happy to say that their newest addition brought her A game to this session. And her brother and sister made sure that I didn’t get too bored with a very cooperative and smiley newborn. Goodness knows I very much appreciate that because I love some chaos.

Genuinely though, I love when kids are able to just be kids during a session. I’m not looking for serious posed little people smiling stiffly for the camera. I want them jumping on beds and hugging each other a bit too tightly. I want to see their personalities! This family gives me that every time and I love them for it.
