In just over a month, I’ll be photographing my brother’s wedding! I’m also IN the wedding, and Florence is the flower girl. Soooo…that’s kind of stressful. I can’t say that I’ve ever photographed a wedding in which I was also a participant, so it should be quite an adventure.

Luckily, he’s marrying the greatest girl ever. Chrissy fits right into our family perfectly and we all love her. We could not be happier for them both and I am super excited to help them celebrate AND to help to capture their special day.

While they were staying with us over the holidays, visiting from Brooklyn, we went out and freezed our behinds off to get a few engagement photos. Note: It was below freezing and the girl is wearing a short sleeved dress and laying on a bed of dried, stabby grass. That is a team player there. :-)

I’ve been on a little bit of a Winter hiatus, but I’m making my way back…starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel of this cold, COLD Winter and excited to start sharing some sessions that haven’t made it to the blog yet!
