Last Chance – Spring Minis

This is one of my absolute favorite families at my Fall mini session last year. Aren’t those kids the cutest!? We always have so much fun.

This is your last chance to grab a spot in the Spring Minis that are coming up this Saturday! I have one spot left in the AM. Contact me ASAP if you’re interested! :-)

USB Drive Prettiness

Whenever a client orders a USB drive of all of the images from their gallery, I get the fun task of making them a little surprise album to go along with their USB drive. I think with so many people having photos mostly on their computers and phones nowadays, it’s nice to get a little something tangible to go along with the digital files, to showcase some of the best images from the session. When this beautiful family’s album came in this week, I thought I’d snap a few photos to share before sending it off to them.

(Thank you to Jason, for kindly agreeing to be my hand model ;-)

Newborn Sweetness | Philadelphia Lifestyle Newborn Photography

This adorable little baby belongs to my beautiful friend, Kristen. We have been friends since I was an awkward middle schooler (she was not an awkward middle schooler, if you were wondering. She has always been this beautiful.) and we were in children’s choir together. Seeing her with her new baby, made me feel even older then when I had my own baby. She is a natural though and the change that this little person has made in her is so sweet to see.

Although there wasn’t a ton of light in their apartment on this cold December morning, the light that there was, was just right. And there is nothing better than photographing a tiny little baby in her dad’s huge hands. <3

Love in Conshy | Conshohocken Engagement Photography

Although I’ve mostly stepped away from weddings, I still love engagement sessions. The vibe is just so different for family or newborn shoots. It’s fun spending time with a couple when they’re at the start of their lives together and getting to know them.

Maureen and Mike were so sweet when I caught up with them shortly before their intimate Conshohocken wedding a couple of years ago. We explored some of their favorite spots around town, including the front steps of the building where Maureen lived when they met. Isn’t that sweet?! I just love this session. :-)

Happy Throwback Thursday! ;-)

My name is Katie! I love color and pretty light and happy faces and sessions that include all of those things. Photographing families like yours, capturing the essence of what makes you unique, is my passion. I want to get to know you and to tell a story that is authentically yours.
